Our CrossFit classes are designed to give you something a little different each day.
We combined strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance in each workout.
CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning everyday is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based on the core movements of life, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing and more.
Our classes are led by certified, knowledgable coaches. Small group classes begin by going over the workout, warm-up, workout and cool-down. Movements will be modified, or scaled, for each person in class.
A certified coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
