* Field Goal: 20 Crunches
* Extra Point: 10 Push-ups
* Personal Foul: 10 Walking Lunges
* Famous Person in audience shown on camera: chicken dance
* Timeout: 25 Squats
2-point Conversion: macarena
Off-sides: 30 second run in place
Sack: 1 min plank
Touchdown: 10 burpees
